Last night I ran/walked five miles. Seemed like most of it was walking, but you have to start somewhere!
67.1 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Yeah, if I'm good and don't eat carbs, the weight falls off. If I so much as sniff bread, I gain three pounds. LOL. ;-)
