It is with trepidation that i log my weight and share my step towards a healthier me.
I considered leaving it off a few days to be a better score and stopped myself from being so negative. I have eaten out twice in the last week for my wife's 40th, and cake definitely tasted very nice.
Tomorrow will be a healthier day.
