The one thing that concerns me is my "fat" intake seems to be where a good deal of my calories are coming from. On the other hand, most of this fat is "good" fat / MUFAS, just like most of my carbs are healthy (whole grain brown rice). But I'd like to get my protein intake a little higher.
I always thought it would be next to impossible to intake around 120 grams of protein a day without a shake (protein just tends to come packaged with fat in most food sources), but the refined sugar/artificial sweeteners/artificial flavors in most protein shakes makes me skeptical as to their overall healthiness levels.
Maybe I'll raise my intake of legumes...
