Weight is creeping down, but at least it's moving in the right direction.
Skipped the workout this morning. After Saturday morning's weight lifting class, and soccer practice Sunday morning I feel like a break. Plus, I hurt my ankle slightly in practice, so I think it needs time to heal.
87.8 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
