did two workouts today. the first was a preset workout on the stationary bike, doing 6 miles in 32 minutes, burning 200 calorIes, with warm up & cool down at levels 3 & 4, then level 6 through 9 in intervals of one minute each level. one minute at level 10.

then l took a walk with the hubby, did about 2 + miles in about 40 minutes or so.
