Down 5 lbs in 4 days. Yesterday's fast went well. Been combining low carb with 5:2, though I've been eating more fruits and vegetables than would be permitted under a strict Atkins diet.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
