Out of the 240s and 14 lbs down...this is where I usually end up gaining the weightback. In the past I've bounce from the 230s to the 250s quite a lot.

That is awesome progress! You WILL NOT gain the weight back this time! Just keep up the same diet and exercise routine you are on now and ramp it up whenever you can to keep the weight off and continue losing. You can do it!!

Thanks! Usually I do get comfortable and allow myself to eat more and get lazy again with the exercising, so this time around I just have to push through.
