I am not very good at this journaling stuff or logging food and exercise. I have been off of work the last few days and trying to get caught up on housework. I have decided to finish up my colon cleanse program that I started many many months ago. I am tired of looking at the containers and it costs to much just to throw away, so back to doing it.
breakfast - 2 sausage patties and diet dr pepper.

I am at the skate park this morning watching my son bmx. We figured we would come before it got too hot and/or too crowded. He is kind of bored since no one else is here but at least he can play around. He really needs a lighter bike but not planning on getting him one until he shows more interest in it.

I haven't done any form of exercise on my days off - just housework and a little bit of swimming. It really has busy! Friday night the kids and I went to the drive in, Saturday we went to the water park late in the afternoon and only got to spend about an hour before my son's spacer/retainer thing broke again and had to make a trip to Wichita to get it fixed - at least this time it broke it was during the day and someone actually answered their emergency call number!! Got it fixed, went out to eat at Applebees (was not good at all!!!!) and then spent the rest of the evening relaxing with the kids and husband.

I go back to work tonight, so hopefully will get in a workout video in. Can't seem to get them in at home.
on the lunch / dinner menue -----chicken salad and lettuce mix.

going to try and do kind of light for a day or two and see how it goes.
