So I started working again a couple weeks ago and my whole schedule has been thrown off. I have been eating right, but I haven't been to the gym much. I really don't like the idea of going to the gym around 9 once the kids are asleep, but I know its what I have to do.....there's ppl with a busier schedule than mine that can squeeze in time, so no excuses :)

I second the early thing. Then your body feels great all day long!

I did start going early...I like it much better than the evening. Plus the gym isnt as busy.

Oh, I hate it when a gym is busy, I always feel like I'm waiting for someone to get off the machine, or someone is waiting to use the machine I am on. Good luck with your new gym schedule!
