...and you probably have really bad breath by now! LOL... I heart you anyways. Really... start with one or two things. That's what is working for me. I added in some healthy high fiber cereal with soy milk... and brown rice. And I'm keeping it at that for a while, then I'll think about adding other things. Definately go slow.
And we can go do a crappy healthy dinner together if ya like. I'll have the water with lemon, and you??
