I got about 15 minutes of swimming in today before we had a thunderstorm move in. I was tempted to just swim through the storm but when I started seeing lightening in the distance I didn't think that was such a great idea anymore! It's better than nothing, I suppose. I'm trying to make it up on the eliptical machine. For some reason today I was super tired and every time I sat down for a minute I fell asleep. I must have taken 3 naps today! I also missed lunch by sleeping. I'm learning a lot through this website. Tomorrow is grocery day. I'm hoping I can improve my diet from this past week by planning a menu ahead of time. I started checking out some of the recipes posted on the site.
