Finally back to 160...which is no good, this was my original starting weight... :(



761 that's the # of calories i gotta burn each day to reach my goal of losing 5 lbs in 23 days...the trick is tracking how many calories i eat...!
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.3 kg a Week
