Weight still dropping quickly on the "Fat Fast" of Atkins but, has started to become more of a controlled loss. I have not made any changes to my excersize program yet. Will probably start the beginning of Feb. once i know what to expect from this phase. Turkey/Ham rolls with cream cheese are very satifying I have found as a snack or for a meal. Celery/cream cheese still get to nash on.

Oooh I'm so glad that it Fat fast is working out well.. I am right behind you I will be doing it on Monday and probaby every other week until I reach goal.

If you have a slower metabolism, ie if the induction isn't working and you are following it faithfully you can opt to have 5 200 calorie fat feedings. For example 2oz of chicken/ham/egg/prawn salad made with triple the usual amount of mayonnaise.( btw I'm quoting the book)
