It's official! I ate too many points this weekend! Calculated everything and I am over my weekly points by 22, time to get back into the gym and try to counter balance those points! If I do the bike for an hour twice this week, it will make up for those extra points I splurged on. I am going to try and do my five mile walk tonight, Wed and Friday and then will do the gym tomorrow and Thursday. Hopefully it works and I will lose this week too! I haven't gotten a chance to read everyone's journals, but hopefully you are all doing well. I feel like I am barely keeping my head above water right now with points, I sank over the weekend, but today is a new day and I have to start over and not worry about the past two days. Started off with some Lean Pocket breakfast sandwiches, will probably have a Smart Ones for lunch. I am going to the store at lunch so I will probably get some dinner items while I am there. I need to get all of my good health guidlines in tonight. I will be picking up yogurt to have with the apples I got the other day, need to get some veggies too. I will probably get lettuce for a salad so I can put my olive oil on a salad and then will have toast with dinner. so much to plan for tonight, but this morning was rushed, so I have to get it all in tonight. Whoops! Need to do it though or it will feel like another failed week. Well, good luck to everyone this week! It is a short one! :)

22 points over-- does that include your weekly 35 point allowance? Even if it does, don't worry... Sounds like you plan to get a lot of activity in. If you follow through with your plans, you should be good to go! Do make sure you're getting all of your guidelines in-- that really makes a difference. Good luck!

Yes, sadly that includes the 35 weekly points. :( It's okay though. Just have to stick to my plan and work out every day this week. It should counter balance. If I stick to everything and make my goal for the month, by the 27th of July I should be at my 10% goal! 216 here I come!!!!

Everyone has slipups and you have the right attitude! Just keep on remembering...each day is a new day, just because you overate the day before, doesn't mean you have to fall off the wagon for the whole week. All you can do is try your best...and you know what...you ahve been doing great so far in a short amount of time! Just keep putting that goal of your hubby coming home and being surprised when he sees the sexy "new" you! Come on girl, YOU can do this! Lets do this together! =) =) (ps...have a call with the fertility specialist today....soooo we'll see what happens, and if they allow us to continue trying to have a full cycle of IUI...we shall see...step by step).
