Change of seasons is giving me melancholy - wishing for the summer to stay just a little longer, but I know it won't!
Ate well today, this week I think I lost a pound already, so I am motivated. Won't be down 10 for the wedding next week like I wanted but at least I am working on it!
Gym buddy bailed on me today but I can go dancing instead - probably will set up a time on Wednesday and just go whether she goes or not!
