Finally made it through a Sunday mostly on track. Sunday is my nerd game day. Everyone comes over and there’s a whole table of food. When I wasn’t making the progress I wanted I looked at my log saw Sunday was clearly the issue and adjusted. Having snacks like hummus and veggies or popcorn meant I didn’t feel left out on a “diet” and didnt have to fight cravings. Also thinking about signing up to run a 5k.
