Macadamia nut pesto was delicious. Only ate half, but unfortunately I probably consumed a week's worth of sodium in one sitting.

Are you doing low sodium for BP, heart or kidney issues? If not, 2300 is a reasonable sodium intake. Eating out is just a killer for people trying to manage their sodium intake or their sugar intake. Since so many people are watching their sugar you can expect to see some insidious increases in sodium in restaurant foods.

@KennaMorton... Low sodium to help keep the BP down. Vacation was TOUGH since we were eating out for most meals.
