6.4kg loss (recorded on this app today), plus 2.3 kg loss (attained before I started logging my weight on this app) EQUALS 8. 7kg loss. 💃💃💃💃💃. I remember how down I felt the day my scale hit 102.3. My daughter had exclaimed: "Mom! You've hit triple digits!" I got back on the diet/eating plan that day. My mini goal was to get to under 100, then to 95kg. Now I can't wait for 90kg - I like to take this in mini goals of 5kg, you see. Now I need to start exercising. That mindset is not kicking in. I've never been much of an exerciser but my body dies respond quickly to exercise. So, here goes....gym today.
