I am so upset because I am bloated and I have no idea why :( if I don't lose any weight tmw I will cry, I am so sad right now hoping for a better morning...

I had this same experience last week - the flax with all the greens is what caused my bloating. I've backed off on the flax seed now, I hope tomorrow is much better for you! Keep up the good work - your journal shows real commitment to your goal.

Hang in there!! Have you tried measuring? Are you working out? What about water? I am and will forever be an atkins follower, it works for me. If you are working out and building muscle your body is changing for the good....muscle weighs more than fat. I also believe that everyone's body processes things differently, food for fuel etc. Dont stress the calories with atkins. yours look low to me, perhaps your body is in storage mode as it needs more food for fuel? Our bodies use the easy calories first and veggies are easier to digest than fats and proteins. Food is fuel, make your body work harder to process it. Just a thought/idea here.... Have you thought about cutting back on the salad greens/seeds etc. Go back to an induction state...an example would be Breakfast 2 eggs and 2 Bacon Lunch 8oz chicken (eat the skin if you like it...costco rotisserie are awesome) 6 Oz broccoli 1 side salad (6-8 oz) Hidden valley ranch Dinner 8oz Rib eye Spinach salad Fetta cheese Balsamic vinagrette Snack 2 oz white cheddar cheese 1/2 avocado Daily intake: carbs 29 net 17.39 6%.., Fat 131 65%, protein 130 29% calories 1820 What is the worst that can happen if you shake it up a bit?? ore frustration...or maybeeeeee some excitement!!! Anyway this stranger in Reno is pulling for you! Perhaps try it for a few days and see what happens.
