We had mussels in a lemon saffron sauce made with crème fraiche last night. It's so delicious and feels so decadent! I had left over sauce, so we lunched today on bacon and scrambled eggs with the sauce. yum! And I didn't have wine with dinner last night, so I'm feeling quite self-disciplined!
I've been supplementing my exercise program with deep cleaning. I've been cleaning the kitchen cabinets, washing or replacing the shelf liners. Can cleaning behind the refrigerator come soon?
