maybe the scale has stuck or something LOL. It is the 5th day in a row with the exact same number. I am working on pushing my daily carb number up a bit. It is so easy for me to eat very low carb that I am kind of failing at this. LOL. But yesterday I made turkey meat ball soup with some root veggies and that did take it up some.

You may already be aware, but be careful reading too deeply into daily weigh-in's as your weight can fluctuate quite a bit day to day / hour to hour, due to hormones, digestive state, and muscle growth. If you've been increasing the intensity of your work outs or ate something a little denser / fibrous then normal, or simply being stressed out can all affect the numbers. When doing a daily check, you should try to normalize your test as best you can, as in wear the same cloths, weigh in at the same time and make sure you've not ingested any food / drink first.

Yeah thanks all. Yeah Dawnie. I know I can eat bread or what not to take my carbs up but I need to add the kind of items that should be part of my daily foods and not the occasional foods, So yeah veggies and berries for sure. Had cabbage and tomatoes today. Tnaks Jpenderson you are right cannot put too much into these way ins. And Bella, I am in what I think of as premaintenace still figuring maintenance out but taking my time at it. I will make a post one day and try to explain it to myself.
