Re-feed day; some little aches and pains so I'll be resting (no workouts today) and will eat a bit more than usual in order to feed the body. It's important to understand your body. When you feel tired, it's okay to take a break from the gym. Missing a session or even scaling back a session will not hurt. Sometimes, you just have to take a break. Have a great weekend everyone.
