Well I don't really know why I got a whopper and small fry before going to work, but I did. My calories and carbs are way over what I wanted. My son and I did not work out like we were going to. I ended up doing housework and he went swimming. I hope to get a samba workout done again later this evening like last night. I think I will try a different workout tonight and see which one I like the best.
Today I did a Jo Parry Free High BMI Fitness Workout Video for 30 minutes. I really enjoyed it but wished I didn't sweat sooo much! It probably wasn't as intense of a workout as the Samba but I really liked it and was able to do the entire 30 minutes!
