Woke at 226.8, up .4 from yesterday. No movement since Saturday afternoon. I think that’s hiding some weight loss. I’m taking appropriate steps. UPDATE: Got home after 7:30 again. Came in the door at 224.4. Had an extra bottle of colonoscopy prep magnesium citrate in the cupboard and I drank that and a large glass of water before dinner. Enjoyed the dinner shown in the other photo, some veggies, and another chocolate protein strawberry shake. Even had a few glasses of red wine. Finished exactly on my target of 1495 calories. CRAP! I take that back. Forgot that I finished the cucumber and tomato salad. Add another 70 calories!
