I’m giving this a few days to jump on the scale again. It was my wife’s bday weekend and festivities all weekend. I regret nothing. Not the fried fish, or the ice cream dinner, or the 7 drinks. I figure I got rid of at least a bit of that on the dance floor. It was incredibly fun and I’m back on track now.
