Half eaten breakfast. I don't limit myself with lettuce, peppers, tomatoes and cucumber. the rest is 3 hard boiled eggs and fat free vinaigrette dressing with a squeeze of low fat mayo. around 350 calories all together. I feel full for at least 3-4 hours.
