Well, I am quite happy I found this site. I am looking forward to learning more about it. I've lost nearly 70 lbs so far just eating low carb. I took a job that's more physically demanding and that seems to help also, but I'm about 34 lbs shy of my lifetime goal. Meanwhile, I'm fighting the first cold I've had in about a year and a half. I'm armed w/ mucinex, vicks, tissues and cough drops. Let the healing begin!
