I'm making a return. A lot of changes this year, a new job, adjusting to University. It looks like I will have a whirlwind of change coming, and I realized I definitely can't neglect health any longer. I hit 170 again and working me way down from square one. 5-4-3-2-1 Commit!
71.8 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
