Fast day yesterday. Was awake at 3 this morning so got up at 4 and took dogs out for an hour. Had an apple and a clementine. Went to gym and did 20 min cardio on X trainer. Feeling good.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
