Week 2 on phase 1 and I was REALLY REALLY GOOD. I've even been getting up in the morning (every other day) to do a 2 mile walking tape. On Thursday, I did the tape AND came home from work and took a 40 fast walk/jog around the neighborhood. So I'm a little sad it's only a loss of 2.5 I was really hoping I'd drop below 245. Oh well. I know I need to be happy about having any loss at all. I think I might try phase 2 for this week and then go back on phase 1 next week. Maybe if I do off and on like that, I'll see more results.
