I have noo idea what is going on with my daily fluctuation !!!! but I seriously hope to see my weight next monday at leaassttt less than 2 pounds than a week ago :(

1138 kcal Fat: 79.98g | Prot: 81.14g | Carbs: 31.91g.   Breakfast:  ground beef, extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, onion, romaine lettuce. Lunch: boneless skinless chicken breasts kirkland, spinach, cooked kale, extra virgin olive oil, romaine lettuce,  onions. Dinner: skinless boneless kirkland chicken brests, onion, spinach, avocado, romaine lettuce, onion, grape tomato, brie cheese. Snacks/Other:  grape tomato,  brie cheese. more...

Are you tracking your food intake? If not, it's possible you are having higher caloric days that result in some gains. It could also be sodium or a bunch of other factors. Overall, you are down from when you started which is a good thing. You might want to track a few days and see if there is a pattern. You can gain on any diet if you eat more than your burn off. Also google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations.
