The good thing is I can easily lose about 2 lbs a week by eating right and exercising daily. The bad news is I can also gain it right back just about as quick! Yipes! Had an off week and gained about 2lbs! Not the end the end of the world but just shows that I need to stay focused.
93.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
