I am so frustrated!!! I am exercising and eating right and nothing is happening..ugh!! I am not giving up I will get over this hump hopefully sooner rather than later. I'm just so damn impatient! Honey has today and tomorrow off so hopefully he'll take us to the beach tomorrow. I need some color on this fading body.

Don't forget to look at your weight history when you are frustrated. It is very impressive!! If you take what you have done so far and just picture that same weight loss pattern one after the other on our little weight history chart, you will get to your goal in no time!! You and I are at similar at a similar weight, and I know we can do this!! For ourselves and our kids!! Keep up the amazing work!!
