Just finished W6D3 of C25K!! Ran non-stop for 25 min! This is such an accomplishment for me and I'm so proud of myself. I have never ran outside for that long in my entire life! It felt great!

Congrats on such an accomplishment!! I can only hope that at the end of wk 5 I'll be able to do even 20!! (Still seems impossible right now being that I'm only about to finish wk 3 on Sun). You're doing great things, keep it up lady!! = )

Thanks girl! Trust me, it seemed impossible to me too! I psyched myself out at the end of week 5 and ending up walking for a few minutes. But this week, I was determined that I was going to do it. I didn't push myself too hard and I just ran without trying to think about the time.
