Yay! I broke out of the 200s! Bought some new clothes, although I have lost the most in my upper body and not where I really want it diminished. Once a pear, always a pear!
Side benefit that means a lot to me--my husband has been able to reduce his triglyceride med due to MY diet. He now regularly eats oatmeal bread, brown rice and more vegetables than he ever has before. His A1C is in range too!
