19.3% bodyfat 169.2 lbs today vs 166.8 19.2% body fat from weigh in 3 days ago gained 2.4 lbs lean body mass/muscle plus negligible amount of body fat happy with my results today. I'm not looking at weight anymore body fat is my new favorite because muscle mass burns more calories than bodyfat. Using a tanita body fat scale uses bio electrical impedance.
