I weighed in at the clinic yesterday and had a loss of 10.5 lbs. I know most of it is water, but getting that fluid off me makes me feel like a new person already. I am really interested in seeing what my next 2 weigh ins will be. So far the most tempting thing for me was my ride home from work this morning wanting to stop at hardees and get a low carb bowl, even though its low carb I can't have all those calories. I am going to keep doing the weight loss clinic plan until I reach my goal. No slip ups. I just don't have time for them.
