Last year I lost a bit of weight felt great, went on holiday and just started eating incorrectly and not exercising. Last week I have decided enough is enough and that I will reach my goal weight by the end of the year!! Starting out small, with calorie counting and walking 5km 3 times a week. Will start mixing things up when I get stronger and more confident. Lost about 2kg in the first week!!
