ya my scales are all stable now. and i always step on discard then step off. i didn't know, i seriously have never owned a digital scale and had no idea. the first time i stepped on it said 196 and i was like 'oh hell ya!' but then a few hours later i stepped on it said 180, then i was getting inconsistent readings i brushed off the floor to make sure nothing was obstructing the scale, i checked the battery then i weighed myself like 10x in a row. THEN i got an accurate reading of 210 and today...i am 211 but after what i ate today and the vodka i drank i think it is accurate but this is fine to me.

I have only been on keto like 11 days. and at the first i ate until i was full as long as my carbs were under 20...today i am so stressed and i will continue to drink once or twice a week, it is my release... but i will keep my carbs under 20...tomorrow i will probably fast and/or take my whey protein powder that come in today.

Yes i would understand if ketosians think i should get all protein from food, but please remember i was a vegetarian, i think it is wrong to eat animals, this is totally against my reasoning. BUT the proof is in. If you want to CURE fatty liver KETO IS THE WAY.

Oh, yeah -- keto is *the* cure for fatty liver ("non-alcoholic liver disease") and diabetes. Rage Angel, you definitely need that protein.

Of course, if I'd have eaten properly to begin with, I wouldn't have developed metabolic syndrome and many of the health issues that develop from it. I'm heartened by reports that the LCHF/ketogenic WOE is effecting improvement in liver and kidney function and control (if not reversal, depending on the degree of permanent damage to the pancreas and the reversal of insulin resistance) of T2 diabetes.

It has been 11 days already? Limiting your drinking as you are planning is a good approach to keeping liver healthy
