I've not lost weight so far, but I am loosing inches / fat plus my BF% and BMI has dropped, seems like keto is good for getting the burn started! Still want to drop my total weight though too, so I may switch away from keto. Or start to do more high impact exercise.
97.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
