walopun bb belum berkurang lagi, jangan risau jangan gundah, ukur aja lingkar pinggang, panggul dll, karena bb ga turun blm tentu ga ada hasil. di foto ini yg berkurang hanya lingkar pinggang dan panggul, alhamdulill memang proses tidak mengkhianati hasil.
