Woke at 232.0, down .6 from yesterday. Tuna for lunch; happy hour after work. UPDATE: Ate my tuna and then got invited out to a business lunch that I need to take. So I'll get something light and then off to another Indian place this afternoon. UPDATE: Had some amazing Indian food tonight. Met the owner, who has other restaurants in London, Dubai, etc. Really great. Came home at 233.8, showing the effects of a fabulous feast.
