Been stable weight for a while now putting on a couple of pound here and there. I am however finding it hard to keep moving on with losing more. This journey is so hard , I found giving up smoking easier.
I’m not giving up hope. Because the effort it’s taken to get this far has involved to much will power to give up now. Losing just a stone has done wonders for my confidence and I feel so much healthier already.
If your feeling down looking at how well everyone has done and feeling like your not able to do this then think again. It’s hard for everyone! so keep on pushing yourself and find strength in everyone else’s strength. Use this community to help your motivation because I know without it I would have given up.
