So I haven't worked out today. Went to McDonalds for lunch, know it's terrible but I really wanted fries. I don't eat as much there as I have before, but I still eat there. I usually work out on mondays and fridays. But I think I'm going to use tuesdays too, there is a cute girl at the gym on tuesdays, and anything for motivation right?
