Feeling better already!! :) Although I just started journaling on Fat Secret a few days ago, I've been trying to eat healthier for about a week now and I'm already feeling better. This morning when I got dressed I noticed I don't feel as bloated and yucky. Before I was feeling very uncomfortable in my clothes - even uncomfortable in my own skin - but today I feel like I can open my closet and put on just about anything and feel ok about it. I still have a lot more changes to make in my diet and exercise routine but I know that if I feel this great now, it will only get better as time goes on. I would love to have as much confidence about my body as I did when I was 20. I'm really looking forward to feeling better and better about myself with each day that passes.
