I made it!!! 50 plus a couple of minutes on the elliptical this morning and my legs were burning.

I often think of the other FS members when i'm pushing through the pain of my workouts. You all are motivators, even when you don't know it.

Sweetie comes home today at 3pm and I'm so glad. She is such a great partner to have around. We try and eat/exercise healthly together and it makes life so much easier. Plus she is fun to kiss on.

Hope everyone has a great Hump day and keeps their nose or but to the grind stone.

Be sure and get your vitamins and calcium. I found my legs were continually sore after workout. I started taking a daily calcium tablet (as well as drinking milk), and the leg soreness went away.
