I started my first WORKOUT today. I only made 10 minutes - but it was a start. I am up to walking about 30 - 60 minutes a day, and 3 times a week I go to walk in the pool and do arm exercises in the pool. The water offers resistance.
It is nice that I have started loosing again. My short term goal is to get under 185
