Yesterdays weigh in set me on a runnaway - today I am responding with a cleanse - I will also restart my fast with it.
Cleanse purchased - also some herbal foot detox pads ha ha. I couldn't resist. I'll fast tonight after 5pm and start tomorrow morning.
