@veranella454 hehe iya. Triknya, pas rebus masukin brokoli pas air sudah mendidih, sebentar aja. Abis itu angkat dan masukkan ke mangkuk berisi air es, lalu baru tiriskan. Warnanya jd tetap terjaga 😁

@diamantstern_ ga lama2 biasanya, dgn air sudah mendidih, dicelupin aja sekitar 20 detikan supaya agak soft, tp ga jd layu dan nutrisi brokolinya ttp terjaga. Abis itu masukin ke air es supaya warnanya ttp cerah. Lalu tiriskan 😀
