Woke at 232.4, up 2.4 after a happy hour and a late dinner. Doing at least 16:8 today if not OMAD. UPDATE: A little protein for lunch and then came home early. Weighed 231.2 at about 4 pm. Will eat a light dinner and then a few more calories tomorrow.
